This sound bath journey will allow you to relax, unwind, destress, and release pent-up energy to receive love and peace within yourself.
You will be guided through a healing meditation using words and sound to take you to a peaceful state of mind. This class is for everyone, whether new to meditation or seasoned.
Sound Healing touches upon our vibrational energy and relieves stress by drawing your body into a centered space.
