About Mary Ann

Mary Ann Stancel is a Nurse Intuitive Energy Practitioner, Founder of Ignited Soul LLC, who holds space for individuals or groups in support to heal the wounds of the past, and heart through the release of emotions/energy.  Her practice and message speak and guide others to reclaim their power, their voice, their heart and learn how to hear your own soul and intuition speak through a foundation of love.

She's also known to help individuals who've never meditated before to quiet the noise in their mind, and provide guidance to those seeking to learn more about their energy and more.

Her work involves Energy Healing: Reiki Master, Hands on Healing, Mother Earth Energy, Elements, Active Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Healer, Intuitive messages, and Energy Healing Hypnotherapy to name a few.

This sound bath journey will allow you to relax, unwind, destress, and release pent-up energy to receive love and peace within yourself.

You will be guided through a healing meditation using words and sound to take you to a peaceful state of mind. This class is for everyone, whether new to meditation or seasoned.

Sound Healing touches upon our vibrational energy and relieves stress by drawing your body into a centered space. Some benefits of Sound Healing: Provides instantaneous deep states of relaxation, is known to turn off the 'fight and flight' mode and activate the 'rest and digest' mode,  over time can improve mental clarity and brain functioning, increase your level of physical energy and mental concentration, bring balance to brainwave activity, enhance cell vitality, vascular flow to name a few.

You’ll be lying on the concrete floor of our float studio. Bring the following to be comfortable.

  • Yoga mat

  • Blanket

  • Pillow

  • Water bottle

  • Journal
