Our very own Carina Terra is a spiritual seeker with a multidisciplinary approach to life. She has been a teacher and student of tantra and yoga in the Himalayan tradition for 20 years, and is also a body-worker, sound healer, avid floater, explorer, and lover of life. She has a gift for weaving profound and practical concepts together for students of all skill and experience levels.

Carina believes that curiosity and maintaining a beginner’s mind are the secrets to staying young, regardless of your age. She looks forward to sharing with you a variety of awareness practices from different wisdom traditions as well as a passion for the exploration of consciousness.
